On May 6th 2024 at 12:45pm local time Liliya Ianovskaia (64) successfully summited Makalu (8485m), the world’s fifth-highest mountain.
Liliya was supported by Migma Dorchi Sherpa and Dawa Tasi Sherpa.
Makalu is Liliya’s 8th eight-thousander peak to date.
